Molokai
Molokai is recognized as the “Friendly Island” in Hawaii and as the most remote Hawaiian place around. Here you will find beautiful deserted beaches, rain forest, glamor, and the old Hawaiian style.
If you visit Molokai don’t expect to go shopping in a big mall as in this place you will just find little stores in Kaunakakai. This is a rural area where you can relax and find the old Hawaiian style.
In Molokai you won’t find big buildings or a lot of cars making traffic. The only things you will find will be beautiful beaches, fantastic views and a lot of things to do. You can hike through lush in Halawa Valley, ride a horse or a bike and go over soaring sea cliffs.
There are a lot of tours that you can take on this island to make your trip a complete adventure. You can go fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling or even play golf under the beautiful sun light and great weather that this island has to offer. Molokai is also a popular place for weddings, honeymoons, anniversary trips or just to go and relax.
Some of the places where you can stay include rental homes, bungalows, condominiums, time shares and a few hotels. However, these hotels are not as big of a resort as the bigger brands in other islands. The Hotel Molokai is located on the front of the beach with a real Polynesian style and a nice restaurant to enjoy great meals.
The homes that are for rent in Molokai are very nice and perfect for couples or large families. You can get homes with their own pool and located on front of the beach. Most of these homes include fridge, microwave, washer and dryer, TV cable, a/c, and all of the amenities you need to survive during your vacation and of course beautiful ocean views. Some other homes even provide their own tennis court or golf camp.
The style of this little town has been kept as the real old Hawaiian style with a romantic touch that will take your breath away.
