Big Island Eco Adventures

We offer reviews of the Best Hawaii Tours & Activities, browse around and take a look!

Description

The first canopy tour zip line on the Big Island is the one that Big Island Eco Adventures offers. The company has eight zip line runs. Given that these tours run in the Hawi district of the island up in the Kohala Mountains, the zip line views are majestic to say the very least. Hawi is up in the Northern part of the Island where the scenery is rough and ready, gorgeous and just downright exciting. The eco-friendly guides start you out with a vehicle ride into the Albesia tree forests of the Kohala Mountains. The zip line path begins in this forest with a couple of little zips. This gets you warmed up to the excitement of the longer zips. The further into the mountains you go, the bigger the gorges are. By the time you reach the last couple of zips, they will be as exciting as you can imagine. Bring your camera. The photo opportunities are incredible.
