The winter months in Hawaii bring with them the reason for celebration- the magnificent Humpback Whales, which arrive along the Hawaiian coastline every year, all the way from their home in Alaska, to mate and to give birth to their young ones. Thus begins the whale-watching season in Hawaii. The whale watch tours offered by the Mauna Lani Sea Adventures are a wonderful way to cruise the coastline on the beautiful fifty-foot sailing catamaran, “Winona”, and observe these spectacular visitors in all their glory. The Mauna Lani tours last about one-and-one-half hours.
