I called the owner about some details of the dive as I was treated rude because he was in the middle of some called "web-site emergency" as he hung up me. To add I was charged 5 days before the dive. I called back to ask for a for refund on my Amex which he said he would do. After 1 week he has not reversed the charges. I would suggest not to book a dive with this shop what so ever as I will formally file a complaint with Padi International. RH, Colorado
